Charcot midfoot reconstruction
Collapsing Charcot deformity threatening limb salvage. Staged debridement, mid-foot fusion with beaming and offloading protocol. Foot preserved, patient ambulatory.
Chronic femoral osteomyelitis
Twelve-year history of draining sinus. Treated with radical sequestrectomy, antibiotic spacer and second-stage bone graft. Infection-free at three-year follow-up.
Adult acquired flatfoot correction
Stage III flatfoot with rigid hindfoot. Treated with triple arthrodesis and medial column stabilization. Restored arch and pain-free gait.
Pilon fracture, anatomical fixation
High-energy distal tibial fracture with articular impaction. CT-planned fixation and articular reduction. Full ankle motion regained.
6 cm post-traumatic shortening
Femoral shortening corrected with intramedullary lengthening nail. Equal limb length achieved at one year.
